Our investment strategy is perhaps more long term than traditional private equity investing, given the nature of our markets and the nascent investment frameworks. A strong degree of patience and commitment to investments is therefore required. We recognise that many management teams have never operated under rigorous reporting requirements and therefore this cultural shift needs to be astutely managed, with mutual co-operation and shared visions.
We employ disciplined, rigorous investment procedures to source, analyse, execute, create value and exit our investments. From the deal sourcing stage through to preliminary due diligence, and final execution of an investment, we maintain a strict focus on creating value for our investors and shareholders.
